Programmable 4-digit combo lock and 12mm thick braided steel coiled cable, covered in a protective vinyl rubber to prevent frame scratches and rattling.

Less than 3/4 of a pound in weight the CL-12 opens to 5Ft of total length, which is typically long enough to pass through both frame, front wheel, and whatever permanent structure you a locking up to.
