To get you up to speed on where Serfas is heading, let’s first take a look back at where we came from. Serfas was founded in 1993 by Ray and Domino Kuipers, with one goal in mind: provide exceptional customer service along with innovative cycling products. Originally started out of Ray and Domino’s living room, Serfas launched its first bike seat, the Tailbones. After quick growth the company moved into its Rancho Santa Margarita, CA offices, where it remained for 12 years, amassing products and technology. In 2014, Serfas needed even more space, and relocated to Phoenix, AZ. Armed with more room, and a larger staff, Serfas continues to revolutionize the cycling industry while maintaining its roots of a strong dealer base and a commitment to their customers.
